Membership
How do I join Alpha Appeal?
Create your account in the Alpha Appeal app. You will be asked for your name, email, a password and your date of birth. Join Alpha Appeal.
What does each membership tier include and cost?
The membership page lists the tiers that are open now, with their current price and what each one includes. The Private tier is by application only.
Can I gift a membership?
Not yet. Membership gifting is coming soon.
Shop and bag
Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse the shop and add pieces to your bag without signing in. To place an order you need to sign in, so the order is linked to your Alpha Appeal account.
Where is my bag saved?
Your bag is kept in this browser on this device, and it stays there while you sign in. Clearing your browser data, or switching to another device or browser, starts a new bag.
How do I pay?
Pay in cash on delivery or when you collect. Card payment is not available yet. Prices and totals are always calculated by Alpha Appeal at checkout, never in your browser.
Can I return an item?
Our returns policy is being finalised. Until it is published, email us about any problem with an order.
Orders and invoices
What happens after I place an order?
You see a confirmation with your order number and total. We will contact you to confirm the next step.
Where do I find my order and invoice?
The order confirmation links to your order in the app and to a printable invoice. An invoice can only be opened by the member who placed the order, while signed in.
Delivery and collection
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
At checkout you choose collection or delivery from the options available at the time. Collection has no delivery fee.
What does delivery cost?
Each delivery option shows its fee at checkout, before you place the order. For a delivery we need a contact name, phone number, address, city and postal code.
Account
I forgot my password.
Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. If an account exists, we email you a link to set a new password; the link expires after a short time. Setting a new password signs you out on your other devices.
How do I sign out?
On the website, choose Sign out in the header or the menu. This ends your session in that browser.
Age 21+
Why do I have to confirm I am 21 or older?
Alpha Appeal is an adult culture platform. Before entering the website, visitors confirm that they are 21 or older. Creating an account also checks your date of birth: members must be 21 or older. How age verification works.
Does Alpha Appeal sell cannabis?
No. Cannabis-related content is educational only. No cannabis products are sold or transacted here.
